To speak to me personally, the best time to call is in the afternoon, roughly between 2.30 to 3.45pm (Monday to Thursday) or all day Friday. I will normally return calls at the above times or in the evenings. If I am not available when you call, just leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can. The message you leave will be private. No one else will hear it.
Please be aware that I am quite busy and as I like to personally return all client related calls myself, depending on my schedule, it can sometimes take up to a number of days to get back to you.
If I have not returned your call within a week, please feel free to ring again. It either means I have had an extra busy period or I have been away (Conference, Training, Course, Holiday break, Interstate, etc.)

Care for the quickest response? Usually the BEST way to receive a quick response (other than on the phone at the above times) is to email. If I am not away on a break or interstate/overseas, email is checked everyday and normally a reply is sent within 24 to 48 hours. Again, feel free to email again if I have not responded within a week.
Hello George. My name is Sally. I am currently studying the Master of counselling and psychotherapy at Cairnmillar Institute. One of my classmate mentioned your practice and highly recommended your expertise. My daughter has Bi-polar and Borderline personality disorder and occasional drug use (weeds). She was using hard drugs before; two years ago. She was self harming and few times suicidal attempts. The last was 2013. She is way much better now but obviously needs intervention to keep afloat as possible. As my classmate mentioned, I am interested if you have time to help my daughter please. The guilt I feel is overwhelming when I left her and other siblings when they were toddlers; Steph was 2 years old. I am really sad that I am contributing of her condition. Hi George,
I’ve watched your videos on YouTube and I also read a book about PSH and I am very keen to try it. I live in Launceston so I can only do the Skype sessions. I have a very busy schedule but I will be free from 14 April till 1st May (school holidays). I was wondering if I could book two sessions in a row during the two weeks of school holidays as I am going to very busy after that.
Please let me know if that’s possible.

No referral necessary.
Fees are: Initial session 2 hours $300 (inc gst). Ongoing sessions after that 90 mins $260 each. Credit card payments are okay as well as bank transfers and PayPal.
For people on disability or health card, there is a $60 discount.
